DHAKA， March 23 (Xinhua) -- A devastating fire broke out at 31-story building of Bangladesh's central bank in capital Dhaka's central Motijheel business district on Thursday night， a fireman said.

The fire department official， who declined to be named said， as many as 14 fire-fighting units have been striving to put out the blaze that broke out on Thursday night at about 9:45 p.m. local time on the Bangladesh Bank's 13th floor.

The blaze also reportedly spread out to 12th and 14th floors of the building.

Shocking TV footage showed huge thick black smoke billowed from the large complex into the air.

The fire drew thousands of onlookers. There was no loss of life immediately so far. The cause of the fire was not immediately known.

BB building rises to a height of 115 metres (377 ft) and has 31 floors. It houses the headquarters of BB. It is one of the earliest high-rises of Bangladesh.

DAMASCUS Air Force 1 Womens , Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- Around 50 Syrian opposition fighters entered the predominantly Kurdish city of Ayn al-Arab from the Turkish borders on Wednesday to join the fight against the Islamic State (IS) terror group, a monitoring group said.

The fighters, who belong to Syrian opposition factions, crossed the borders that separate Turkey from Ayn al-Arab on Wednesday with their weaponry Air Force 1 Mid , said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

It said that the Peshmerga forces, which have been sent by the Kurdish regional government in Iraq, are expected to cross into Syria later in the day to help their Syrian Kurds brethren in their fight against IS extremists.

A day earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said Iraqi Kurdish forces can cross Turkey's territory into Syria at any moment to fight the IS.

It's still unclear how the Kurdish fighters in Ayn al-Arab Air Force 1 Low , also known as Kobane, agreed to allow in Syrian fighters into the city after the Kurdish leaders rejected the idea earlier this week.

Observers believe it was part of the deal, in which Ankara agreed to allow Peshmerga fighters to cross into Ayn al-Arab via Turkish soil.

The IS unleashed its wide-scale offensive against Ayn al-Arab bordering Turkey on Sept. 15 in a bid to capture the city, which would enable the IS to link its self-declared capital of al-Raqqa province with Ayn al-Arab and stretch its territory to areas bordering Turkey.

The IS has captured more than 300 villages around the city and managed to storm parts of it after forcing over 160 Air Force 1 High Tops ,000 people to flee toward neighboring Turkey.

Iraqi Kurds en route to Syria arrive in Turkey for fight against IS

ANKARA, Oct. 29 (Xinhua) -- A group of Iraqi Kurdish forces arrived in southeastern Turkey early Wednesday to fight Islamic State (IS) militants in Syria Air Force 1 High , the state-run Anatolia news agency reported.

Tokyo Olympics organizers unveiled a smaller budget of up to $17 billion on Wednesday after coming under pressure to cut ballooning costs.

The figure, down from last month's pledge to cap expenditure at $17.78 billion, follows warnings that the bill for the 2020 Games could soar as high as $30 billion.

Organizing committee chief executive Toshiro Muto said the entire Games budget will be between 1.6 trillion and 1.8 trillion yen, which he put at $15-16.8 billion.

Under the latest exchange rate Air Force 1 , the same yen figure is worth $13.6-15.3 billion. This year's Rio Games cost $12 billion, while London 2012 came in at 8.77 billion pounds or $13.7 billion under the exchange rate at the time.

Wednesday's figure, the most complete budget yet for Tokyo 2020, comes after officials scrambled to slash the costs of building some Olympic venues.

It was revealed at talks between the Games' organizers Cheap Nike Air Force 1 , the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the -Tokyo and national governments, who are meeting regularly to try to cut costs.

"This does give the overall picture," IOC Vice President John Coates said.

Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike, who was elected this year vowing to bring down costs Nike Air Force 1 Sale , said some 40 billion yen would be saved after a review of the -canoeing, volleyball and swimming venues.

Koike said the organizing committee and Tokyo and central governments will discuss further specifics early next year, including "cost-sharing."
