Charlotte, NC (SportsNetwork. Brendan Gallagher Jersey .com) - Isaiah Thomas scored 23 points off the bench and the Phoenix Suns rallied from 17 down to beat the Charlotte Hornets 111-106 on Wednesday night, snapping a six-game losing streak. The Suns took their first lead since the first quarter on Eric Bledsoes layup with under two minutes remaining in the game after Goran Dragic won the ball on a steal. Later, Thomas free throws made it a three-point game with 19.9 seconds left and P.J. Tucker blocked Kemba Walkers 3-point try at the other end. Walker recovered the ball and passed to Gary Neal, but he missed an off-balance 3. Tuckers foul shots with 5.6 seconds left sealed the win, ending Phoenixs longest losing streak since a 10-game slide from March 20-April 9, 2013. Dragic had 20 points, including 16 in the first half. Gerald Green scored 16 off the bench and Bledsoe added 15 in the victory. Al Jefferson had 28 points and 10 rebounds to lead Charlotte and Walker scored 27. Final Score: Atlanta 127, Cleveland 98 Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - A third-quarter onslaught Wednesday night mightve helped the Atlanta Hawks silence some doubters. Shelvin Mack hit six 3-pointers and netted 24 points off the bench as the Hawks routed the Cavaliers 127-98, avenging an ugly loss to Cleveland just over a month ago. A huge second-quarter run lifted the Hawks to a five-point halftime advantage, but they took the game over in the third after shooting 61.9 percent (13-of-21) and assisting on eight of their 13 made field goals. Atlanta outscored Cleveland 30-15 in the frame and cruised to the easy triumph in the fourth, leading by as many as 31. The Hawks, who posted 36 assists, have tallied 20-or-more helpers in all but two games and had assisted on an NBA-best 67.4 percent of shots made coming into the matchup. Cleveland blew out Atlanta 127-94 on Nov. 15. Final Score: Boston 109, Orlando 92 Boston, MA (SportsNetwork.com) - Rajon Rondo totaled 13 points and 15 assists as the Boston Celtics overcame a slow start to beat the Orlando Magic 109-92 Wednesday. The Celtics shot better than 70 percent from the floor in the first quarter, but seven turnovers helped Orlando stay in the game early. Brandon Bass scored 18 points, including 14 in the fourth quarter to help Boston pull away for its second straight win. Jeff Green and Jared Sullinger both chipped in 16 points. Nikola Vucevic led the Magic with 18 points and 13 rebounds as they lost for the fourth time in five games. Tobias Harris added 17 points for Orlando. Final Score: Dallas 117, Detroit 106 Auburn Hills, MI (SportsNetwork.com) - Dirk Nowitzki scored nine of his 18 points in the fourth quarter to help the Dallas Mavericks hold off the lowly Detroit Pistons, 117-106, on Wednesday. Enes Kanter scored 18 points and Dante Exum gave 10 off the bench for Utah, which shot 14-for-25 from 3-point range. Exum, the fifth pick in the 2014 draft, was coming off a career-high 12 points in a loss to New Orleans on Tuesday. The Australian rookie has reached double figures in back-to-back games for the first time this season. Despite the loss, Dwyane Wade put on a show and deposited a game- and season-high 42 points for the Heat, who were again without star big man Chris Bosh. Bosh missed his third straight game with a calf strain. Miami, which opened a seven-game homestand, fell to 4-8 at home this season. Final Score: Portland 104, Milwaukee 97 Portland, OR (SportsNetwork.com) - LaMarcus Aldridge tallied 23 points and 15 rebounds to help the Portland Trail Blazers top the Milwaukee Bucks, 104-97, on Wednesday. Thomas Robinson matched a career-high with 15 points and pulled down 16 boards for the Trail Blazers, who enjoyed a 52-32 edge on the glass on their way to their third straight win. Lillard led all scorers with 29 points and seven assists for Portland. In their first game since losing star rookie Jabari Parker to a torn ACL, the Bucks saw Giannis Antetokounmpo go down with an ankle injury just before halftime. Brandon Knight led the Bucks with 24 points, and Khris Middleton scored 17 off the bench as Milwaukees two-game winning streak was snapped. Final Score: Houston 115, Denver 111 (OT) Denver, CO (SportsNetwork.com) - James Harden scored a season-high 44 points on Thursday and posted his third career triple-double on Saturday. He continued the trend of MVP-like performances by dropping 41 points and 10 assists in the Houston Rockets 115-111 overtime win against the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday. After erupting for 23 points in the first half, Harden was limited to 10 in nearly 21 second-half minutes. He also missed a free throw late in regulation that could have sealed the victory. But he scored eight straight Houston points during the extra session to help the Rockets win their third straight game. Dickie Moore Jersey . - Pittsburgh Steelers president Art Rooney II says the NFL has told the team it will not be docked a pick in this years draft for coach Mike Tomlins foray onto the field against Baltimore last November. Bob Gainey Jersey . -- Conor Casey scored two goals, his first of the season, as the Philadelphia Union beat Chivas USA 3-0 on Saturday night. http://www.canadiensauthority.com/authentic-torrey-mitchell-canadiens-jersey/ . -- Jesse Lussier scored 8:24 into overtime as the Halifax Mooseheads erased a four-goal deficit to beat the host Val-dOr Foreurs 6-5 on Tuesday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League playoff action. DENVER -- Jimmy Rollins and Ryan Howard led the way out of the Philadelphia Phillies offensive slump. Rollins homered early, then hit a go-ahead single in the eighth inning that sent the Phillies past the Colorado Rockies 10-9 Sunday. Rollins finished with three hits as the Phillies averted a series sweep. Ryan Howard added four hits, including a homer and triple while driving in three runs. "It was good, it was something that was needed," Rollins said. "All those runs were needed. Every time we come here, they find a way to put up some runs. Weve played some interesting series. Today, it was needed to get back in the left column." Philadelphia had gone four games without an extra-base hit before breaking loose. They had scored a total of only two runs in dropping the first two games to Colorado. "It was well overdue," Phillies manager Ryne Sandberg said. "Just some good at-bats. Howard really broke out in a good way. It was good to see that good contact. Hitting balls to left centerfield is a good thing for him. He broke out in a big way." Howard finished a double shy of hitting for the cycle. He actually ended up on second on a seventh inning drive to right field that got past a charging Brandon Barnes but the official scorer ruled the RBI hit a single and an error. Sandberg questioned the ruling and Howard said he hopes it will be overturned. "He went for a shoestring catch there, and to me, the ball got by him for a double," Sandberg said. "He went for the catch. Thats not a guarantee that he knocks that down and makes it a single. He went for the catch on a tough ball, for me." Howard hung on to the ball just in case the hit is eventually ruled a double. The last Phillies player to hit for the cycle was David Bell on June 28, 2004, against Montreal. Rockies star outfielder Carlos Gonzalez exited early because of a sore left knee. He appeared to tweak it running out a high chopper to end the sixth inning. He is listed as day to day with left knee tendinitis by the Rockies but Gonzalez said hes been dealing with the issue for more than a year off and on and hopes to be back in the lineup on Monday. "At the moment, it feels bad, bbut after a while it gets better," Gonzalez said. Brandon Davidson Jersey. "Im planning to play (Monday). Its something I have deal with. I just have to be smart about it, and I want to keep playing, so thats what Im planning to do." Justin Morneau homered and drove in five runs for the Rockies. The teams combined for 30 hits, 15 for extra bases. Jake Diekman (2-1) got the win despite allowing two runs in 1 1-3 innings. Jonathan Papelbon earned his fifth save in six chances. Matt Belisle (0-2) gave up Rollins single that broke an 8-all tie. After Rollins put the Phillies ahead in the eighth, Chase Utley added an RBI grounder. Charlie Blackmon homered in the bottom half for Colorado. Philadelphia missed adding an insurance run in the ninth when Rockies manager Walt Weiss challenged the ruling that Freddy Galvis had beaten out a grounder. The replay showed that second baseman Josh Rutledges throw to first arrived an instant before Galvis stepped on the bag. The Phillies used a three-run seventh inning to go in front 8-6 on sacrifice flies by Utley and Domonic Brown and an RBI single by Howard. Colorado evened the score in its half of the seventh when Troy Tulowitzki doubled ahead of Morneaus homer, his second in as many games. The Rockies went up 4-3 with a three-run third that included Tulowitzkis run-scoring double, Morneaus RBI groundout and a tiebreaking RBI single by Nolan Arenado, who extended his hitting streak to a career high 11 games. Howard hit his fourth homer, a two-run shot off Juan Nicasio in the third. NOTES: Sandberg won a replay challenge in the sixth when the review showed pinch hitter Corey Dickersons foot had slipped off the bag when he was tagged at second. ... Rockies OF-INF Michael Cuddyer missed a third consecutive game with a sore left hamstring. Weiss said before the game that while Cuddyer has shown some improvement, his return is still up in the air and the team expects to know in the next day or two whether hell need additional recovery time that would require a stay on the disabled list. ... Three weeks into the season, Rollins has hit three home runs, already equaling half of his total for all of last season.
